Hey mom,
How are you doing??? I'm not going to lie... I was really home sick after Icalled the next day!!! But I'm back on my feet and working hard again!!!! Well I'm so happy I got to talk to you all but I never heard what everyone got for christmas.....HAHAH!!! All I know is what you got and what Dad got. Well I'm glad the Cowboys are doing good !!! Thank you so much for the jerseys!!! Now just tell me what clothes Dad and Brodee want to wear??? Because I don't mind but I do want some of them when I get back ok?? JK it's not a big deal !!! Well just send the packages and letters to the mission office again!! Well I love you so much!!! Well it's zone p-day today so I will probably get to play some football today..... I hope !!! Well we have a few people we are working with but we aren't as busy as I would like to be. Me and Elder Wilson are going to give a training on pg 107 in the Preach My Gospel. We have these new pass along cards that work really well and we are trying to get the ward to use them. Well ok I need to write Pres. D but I love you so much and thank you for everything mom!!!! I will be sending three packge home the monday after I find out that I'm leaving St.Cloud ok??? Well I love all you so much!!!Elder Summers

A little while later I got this...........JK.... I'm going to call!!!!! But it's going to be later. I think Elder Wilson is going to call at like 7 our time and then I will call !!! Sorry it's so late but what can you do!!! Tell Jack I'm sorry!!! Well tell everyone I'm doing good !!! Hey so I don't just say the same stuff over and over put it on speaker phone at 1st so everyone can hear Ok? Well Kendice got baptized. I won't be sending any pictures until I get another SD card back. So send one and remember that those black ones don't work !!!! Hey I bought those poster.... sorry they were 70 bucks!!!! But I really wanted them !!! Make a list of ? to ask because we are only allowed to talk for 40 min.... we might pull off an hour though... maybe!!! Tell everyone to do the same..... because I don't want to tell everyone the same thing over and over!!!! Well things are going good here. We have a few gators... but only Charles wife has a date for baptism!!! Oh and don't worry I haven't cheated and opened all the presents yet! I'm opening them on the right days! Well things are good and the Cowboys made me happy!!!! I knew they could beat the Saints! St. Cloud is good but I will probably be going next tranfers though. So that sucks cuz I love it here!!! Well today is only a half p-day until 12..... then on Christmas Eve we have p-day until 4..... so it's weird..... but anyway thank you so much for the Book of Mormon with your testimony in it. I will give it away soon. Send some of those pictures!!! Well I have to go.... we still have to shop!!! I have a funny story to tell you about the baptism that we just had. We filled the font up and we noticed a spider in it. So I had Elder Wilson hold on to me while I reached to get it....well we both ended up in the water. We had to run home and change out suits before it started. It was funny!! Ok well I love you and I will call I'm guessing around 7:35 or 7:45....or somewhere around there!!! St. Cloud Letter #27, Dec 14th, 2009

Hey mommy
Sorry about my teeth I don't get it!!!! It's the teeth that already had fillings on them... IDK how come they hurt...but I have been taking much better care of my teeth out here!!! But still THIS...it sucks!!! I brush like 4 times a day and floss alot idk!!!!! I'm sorry though cuz it's a lot of MONEY! I'm glad we don't have to pay for the glass though!!! Well I'm doing good I baptized this girl named Alex on Saturday... it was a really good day... except Elder Wilson got sick!! He is better now and before we go to the Dentist we are going to go play basket ball us vs the other 4 Elders!!!! We are going to WIN!!! We have a baptism for this Saturday..... her name is Kendice!!!! Brother Phillips taught her when he served his mission here and he told us about her. So we went and taught her and she is getting baptized this Saturday!!! I'm so happy for her.... she has a 18 month girl too... so I'm proud of her and decision to be baptized!!! And Charles Cameron's (who we baptized a few months ago) wife is going to be baptized on the 9th..... so things are going real well!!!! I love being out here.... but I do miss you guys !!! So I saw that the Cowboys lost and Ware is out and we have the SAINTS next week.... UPSET TIME!!!! Hey how is Pima's Basketball team doing? I'm glad to her about Cal doing so good.... that make me so proud !!!! Tell her to keep it up and try hard in practice that's where you get better!!! Well I hope my teeth don"t cost that much.... there is 2 of them... SORRY!!! Well on Thursday I'm going to buy those posters... ok? Then I will probably send them home!!! Well I hope that's ok??? Mom......send my Christmas package to 502 Kentucky here in St. Cloud ok! Just this one time.... that's what they told us! Well I feel really bad about the window...Yes that is how it happen. I was 5 feet away and I tossed the keys underhand to my companion and he missed and they hit the back window and it shattered. I couldn't believe it broke!!!! I'm sorry you have to pay the $695!!!! I really thought they would at least help pay for it. I'm a little upset about the whole thing... but whatever!!!! So Angleo got baptized and I will send my SD card with pictures home in my package. There will be alot of crap but some present for you, Brodee, Taryn and Cal...... not much but idk what to get you !!!!!! I read highlights about the Cowboys game... glad that it wasn't Tony Romo's fault this time!!! Well I get to go to the Temple in like three weeks! I'm baptizing this girl named Alex on Saturday..... she is only 8 but I'm glad to do it!!!!! Well I'm doing good don't worry... I'm taking over SATAN..... he won't win !!!!! Yea I should leave next transfers for sure.... unless I train but I don't think that will happen... because then I would have to be here for 12 weeks to train!!! I wouldn't mind that at all!!! Well I'm really sorry mom I feel really bad about the window... I wish the church would help!!!!!! Well I'm goin to go play shuffle board today.... you know what the old people play!!! It should be fun and yes some days get pretty cold but not really!!!! Well I got another gun pulled on me.... it was the third one!!!! At least everyone has been nice after they found out it was us!!!! Well I'm missing you guys bad but I LOVE it out here!!!! It's really weird.... but I'm doing good staying healthy!!!! So did I only come out with one box of contacts???? Because I think I only have like 5 each left... which should last me a long time!!! I will tell you when I get down to my last two... ok??? I'm so sad about the GATORS!!!!!!!! Don't worry about the Christmas call.... I will call and then you can call me back!!! So will you please but up the Christmas tree for Cal ....just wait until she goes to bed then put it up!!!! She will be so HAPPY when she wakes up!!!! Thank you for sending Ray's funeral program.....I love looking at it!!! I miss him... he was a really good man.. I LOVE him!!! So I taught the 12-14 year olds the other day at church.... we will see if I get in trouble cuz I made the bishop's daughter Jessica Forte cry.... well the Spirit did!!!!! LOL It was a really good lesson!!!! The Ward gave us 50 dollars for chistmas... so that was really nice of them!!! We are taking a few gators on a Temple tour Wednesday.... so things are really going good!!! The Lord is really blessing St. cloud right now!!!! I'm growing alot and I'm becoming a powerful teacher for the Lord to use !!! I got a letter from the Pima Seminary!!!!! I wrote each of the people back that wrote me a little note and then a wrote a letter to them all... half to the boys and... half to the girls and... a little bit of it to Brother Larson!!!! Well what do you need from me mom ???? Is there anything that you are having a hard time with ???? Is there anyone in the family that is having a hard time... that needs a letter ??? Dear Mom,
Sorry my Email was so short I had to go golf because if we would missed are T time we couldn't have played. I just got back and it's 4:30 now. I'm staying in St. Cloud for the next 6 weeks. I'm so happy. I love it here. I want to get a lot more work done before I leave this area. Well Thanksgiving was really fun and Saturday I got to watch the BYU-Utah game, the whole mission did! I went over to a member house. I had a good time and it was a nice break!!! Well we have a baptism this Saturday....Angelo Malta!!! I'm so happy for him, he is deaf!! It's crazy I knew that we were going to baptize someone who was deaf. That's why I had you send me the sigh language stuff! That's crazy huh??? Well he asked me to baptize him which I'm grateful for that chance but I like it when members baptize them because we come and go but they are always there! We are teaching this less-active girl and she asked me to baptize her too. Her name is Alexa Blandon. She is 8....so that is really neat!! Tomorrow we are going to go teach 2 families. So hopefully good will come out of that. Tell Calleigh not to give up at Basketball and to keep trying hard....even in practice!!. Tell her to give everything she has and it will pay off. Even if her team loses every game....tell her to keep her head up!!! We (me and Elder Wilson) is getting along good!! We still bike for 3 days and then car for 3 days! I don't who that book is by but I know it talks about gays and same sex attraction. We are teaching a gay man and I really need it, if you can find it! Well things are good and I will send a package home before Christmas with a few presents in it. I hope all is well there. Tell everyone I love them and I miss them! I Love you too MOM! Elder Summers

Mom,
Well it's Thanksgiving and sorry I haven't sent the questionnaire paper back yet. Well we went and played football today....it was gay though. It was like 20 on 20, way to many people. Well I got your package and thank-you for the book. Well it's going good but Satan is really working hard on me right now, but I have the Lord on my side, so hopefully I can overcome this crap soon. Well we are going to go see all the less active today, then at 3pm we are going to Bishop Fortes house and then at 5pm Sister Garner is feeding us.
Well I'm going to start trying to work out a little bit more....my leg is sill messed up. It hurts right under my butt still.....I HATE IT! So Saturday I find out if I get to stay in St. Cloud or have to leave. I hope I stay we finally got things rolling again. Our goal is 5 baptism for December. We have the people ready but they just need to take that step of Faith.
So I love you guys! I will step up my game and try to make you guys proud.....OK? Keep praying for me....Pray to help me master my mind. That's what I'm trying to do now. ......Keep good thoughts in my mind!!! I will send a package home on Monday if I'm leaving but if I'm staying I will wait a little longer. We have to get going. I will send this. Oh Guess what??? On Saturday we get to watch the BYU-Utah game. I"m so Happy!!! Yes!!! I love you guys!!!
